Took a month off my diet to indulge myself a bit (since I was moving and couldn't cook) and to test myself and see if I could maintain my weight... I'm pretty thrilled with the results :) it is amazing how much the stomach shrinks!!! I've worked at day, and where I used to be able to eat a hibachi entree and 1-2 sushi rolls in one sitting, i was barely able to finish off my entree!Back to tracking though! I'll lose 5-10 more and reevaluate. ^_^

Finally over being sick... Now the question is... Do I really want to lose any more weight? I'm 15 lbs down, and I'm actually really happy with how I look at this point... I'm still carrying a little extra weight, but I'm not definition overweight anymore, and my blood pressure is down to normal for the first time in a year or two... So I'm really unsure if I want to try to drop 19 more lbs... Only time will tell.

Been sick as a dog the past week and a half, so dropping weight unintentionally and very quickly... Is it bad to hope I can keep it off? XD

Overall, a loss of 1 pound since last Wednesday, so not a true gain. I was dropping ridiculously fast right after the last weigh in (hence why I got really excited and went ahead and recorded my dip below 160), but my 21st birthday was on Sunday, and we all know that birthday calories don't count :) A loss is a loss! I've still officially hit the 10 lb mark! Just gotta keep moving forward.
