Didn't eat so well last night but still lost 1/2 lb over the wknd.
Back on track today-
I think I'll continue to eat better & cut-back on carbs but not necessary NO carbs since it seems to be working?...
135.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
