Man! I’ve started running 5 miles a week for the past month and reduced my calorie deficit by about 500 (2300 - 1700) and still gaining weight
231.9 lb Lost so far: 15.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
