Weighed in Friday morning at 9:40 am. I am now back down to where I weighed last Saturday before the cheat meal. Hope to be down another pound by Monday morning weigh in.
204.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
