I am thinking... PMS?!?!?!?
245.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you. I think something crazy happened with the earth's polarity and it... misalligned our scales by 3 lbs. Blegh.
