Grr, I ate good this week. I also walked alot. I weight the same though. I am not going to give up. I will see what next weeks bring.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Double check your journal, make sure you are eating all your daily pointsk, and maybe some extra for all the walking. Are you getting in your water? Are you getting in your dairy, oil, fruits, veggies, and enough protein? Try eating your daily points one day, and than eat five above it the next. Then back down again. Sometimes varying the points can help alot. Good luck and never give up!
