Will try and get back on track today. The combination of cold rainy weather (with lack of sun and exercise)and more stress has made me less disciplined and turning to comfort food. Not happy about putting back on weight that i had already lost!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
