Holding. To scale: “You bastard!”
Today we resume our normal eating and exercise habits although I hate the darkness. It sucks the wind out of my sails early in the day. 26 more days until the days get longer!

Kept moving all day long, but nothing registered as exercise on the watch. So after I put up the Christmas lights and ran some errands, I jumped into the pool this evening and knocked out 1100 yards. Then, I did some water aerobics and stretching.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
