I have been eating HORRIBLY!
Work trips, visiting my parents, beach vacations...
Bad.
Definitely recommitting to eating well again & now that I'm home for a min, can start up a workout regimin.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
