Wow! It's actually a big change in the last week... Time to re-focus.
162.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanks! With moving etc I allowed myself to get out of the routine, although the weight is 3lbs higher than it was last week and I don't really think I gained THAT much but we'll see if it regulates as the week progresses. By continuing to document all of my food intake and (I know most people don't agree) by weighing myself daily, it helps keep me focused on what I'm doing and why. I also got back in the pool on the weekend and started swimming in my masters program again. It had been 5 months since I'd been in the pool. When I started this diet/journey in January I wasn't exercising and lost about 14 lbs... imagine what I can do with some intense swimming 3-5 days a week! Thanks for the support and encouragement!
