here we go again. hcg. 30 days -30 lbs. I can do it. 30 days will be back to my lowest pt and size 18 comforably. I can do this. I will be thinner and healthier!!!
258.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 88.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Go for it! I've lose 51 lbs on HCG and feel great.I started at 247.6, now below 200 which was such a big hurdle. I'm so happy that I'm sticking with it, and you will be too.
