Cereal. Lunch: french dressing, red cabbage, carrots, romaine lettuce, rice and black beans, chicken. Dinner: Whole Wheat Pita Bread, celery, Feta Cheese, dijon mustard, light mayo, tofu. Snacks/Other: Low Fat Strawberry Twists, honey, oikos, aviva. more...
