Had a good day yesterday. I ate very well all day and kept the count around 2400. That felt very good. I hope today is as good. I also had a nice 1.5 mile run on the treadmill at Snap. That was awesome! I have decided today that I have to do something different with my eating. I have been at the same level for several weeks and need to change something in order to drop to my goal weight of 250. Trying to keep the calorie count today at around 2000. We shall see.
265.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
