Extra gehad: 20 gram donkere chocolade, 20 gram gemengde nootjes, plakje brood. Minder gehad: 1 shake 's morgens.
190.7 lb Lost so far: 56.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
