Oh well managed the weekend, with a visitor and a nominal gain, would have appreciated a loss even more, but hey hum. Well no loss has at least made me put on my runners, so a wee 5k trail run this morning, well after a cuppa.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
