Off a bulking cycle. Stopped creatine and added Oxylite (fat loss supp). New goal is to lose body fat and try to maintain muscle and strength. In the 2nd week of Hypertrophy. I will try credryl when i get to the strength stage. MY GOAL IS TO GET TO 219 BY THE TIME WE HEAD TO GA VACATION!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
