Away for 5 days. Lots of walking. 36 hour fast yesterday. Fat at 41.4%. Measurements 40.25, 31.75, 39.75.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
