저녁이 화근 ㅜㅜ
모임만 있음 몸무게가 널뛰기하듯 난리네 ㅜㅜ
터지는 식욕 우짜노!!!!
잘 참았는데 연속 이틀 저녁에 또 체중급증
오늘은 자중하고 계속 움직이기만 해야겠다
