I am so off my game right now it's ridiculous. Not finding time to walk in the morning or evening while we have workers here. Lots of desk work right now too, but that's good. I'm trying not to give up though.

169.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb. Still to go: 19.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, Jo! I just realized I entered the wrong weight here... 10 lbs more than actual. I wonder if I can correct that... will have to do a search.
