Not bad coming off a weekend. Now to see if I can make the weigh drop ever down ward. I have started trying to fit in some kind of exercise for at least 15 minutes ever meal. Can't hurt.
194.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.7 lb a week
