Well, 3 of the 4 days I drank I managed not to drunk eat... Side note - drunk eating has its benefits, like not giving you as bad of a hangover the next day. One day I was so hungover that I probably ate 4 times the calories because my body needed carbs and grease! Thank God for spin class and bikram yoga - it salvadged my diet a little bit this week!
