Well, 3 of the 4 days I drank I managed not to drunk eat... Side note - drunk eating has its benefits, like not giving you as bad of a hangover the next day. One day I was so hungover that I probably ate 4 times the calories because my body needed carbs and grease! Thank God for spin class and bikram yoga - it salvadged my diet a little bit this week!
145.9 lb Lost so far: 19.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

hahaha go austin! I think you deserve a medal for not drunk eating, it's pretty much a challenge within itself!
