I feel petty good. I did the biggest loser Cardio Max video four days last week and I seemed to get pretty good results. My diet has been good and I have enjoyed all the new and healthy foods I have been trying. My goal for this week is to add at least 4 more days of gym time. I really want to push myself to get out of the 230's. I CAN DO THIS!!!
232.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
