😪 ugh my first really bad weigh in for a while, and it’s a pretty big gain too. Hopefully I can get back on track! I was doing so well consistently but I was also pushing my luck knowing I was slowing down too so I didn’t jump back into it
234.0 lb Lost so far: 123.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

I gained 4 lbs. the week before and I'm down 5.4 this week. If you are low carbing most of your weight gain should be water and if you get right back on plan it should be gone in 3 or 4 days. You can do it!
