The weight is slowly coming off. Starting to change my diet away from meat and processed foods and replacing it with a vegan diet that is fresh and local. It will take time because I love fast food.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
