저녁먹고 웨이트 1시간하고
강하나 하체스트레칭했더니
몸이 천근만근!!!!
그런데 몸은 진짜 정직하네
주말도 정신잘 붙드러매야지!!!
124.8 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
