Am I psychic or what. Todays weight 307.4 lbs. That's 11.6 lbs in 17 days. which is 0.68 lbs per day not too bad I had calculated a 0.57 lb loss per day with just BMR alone so that must mean on average I'm doing about 50 minutes of "exercise" equivalent to walking on a treadmill per day. So if I add in an hour of cardio per day It should bump the weight loss up to about approximately 0.82 lbs per day initially dropping down to 0.6 lbs per day if I kept exercise at only 1hour per day. allowing me to reach my goal of 180 lbs before end of year. Hrm... is it worth it? Whats an hour of cardio per day. By god I think I'll do it. Splitting the hour up into 30 mins twice a day. Am I correct with calculations? probably not as I haven't accounted for the drop in rate per min of calorie burn while doing exercise (although I have adjusted for bmr) the only thing I know to do is increase distance traveled within that hour gradually as I lose weight to try and compensate. Either way adding in cardio can't be a bad thing right? I'll try it out and see what happens it'll be easy to tell since I'm weighing in daily.
307.4 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 128.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
