A little up, a little down... that seems to be the way my body works.

Lot's of walking during the day and at my job I also do a lot of manual lifting of heavy items.. Break a sweat or two. At home I work around the house when I can.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
