Yesterday I went to yoga taught by Julie Wilkes. She apparently has tons of fitness videos, but it was pretty enjoyable. She had just enough touchy feely yoga stuff and a lot of empowerment stuff. It kicked my butt. I'm so sore today and I couldn't do at least a third of the class right. So painful.
