Had a really bad day yesterday. Don't know why it spiked so much, but need to watch the sugar and the carbs. TOO MUCH! I don't ever want to go back. I need to keep moving forward.
279.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
