Ahh... a long weekend, some heavy lifting, some intermittent fasting combined with some delicious yummy primal meals. I love holidays and what a great way to start them at 166. Still looking for a way to attach a pull up bar somewhere in my house. Have a great weekend.
166.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wish you luck with finding a location for the pull up bar. I have a brother who is as tall as you are, so I have a feel for the challenge involved in finding a good location.
