There's no doubt that fast food, frozen meats, and other meals would have a lot of unwanted fat. But make sure you don't leave out the healthy fats that can actually make you BURN fat! Such as eggs, nuts, and avocado. Eating these in small portions can help a great deal!

hey, thanks a lot for the advice. I am eating eggs, cottage cheese, I haven't incorporated the nuts yet because I am unsure of which ones and how much. I am trying to keep my fat intake below 30. When I first started this, I hadn't realized that I ate almost 80% fat content each day in all of my meals. Thanks again for the information.
