I'd been a little lax in my exercise routine and not paying attention to the foods I've been eating. j have noticed im taking in quite a bit of carbs, I love bread and potatoes but if I want to lose weight I'm going to need to slow down. since the pg test was negative, I'm counting the cranky mood and chocolate cravings to PM's lol my new plan is to exercise 2x a day I stead of once and less carbs
179.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
