When on vacation, I eat what I cannot get in Louisiana. That included every possible carb food that I love. Included in the week's food journey was 4 Cheese Calzone with Italian Sausage, Pierogi, real Italian Cannoli, not a fan of fast food but Long John's Silver is an exception (one piece only...lol), Melt Restaurant. Of course a couple of dinners included a cocktail--but Avocado Margarita is healthy right??? HAH!! Trying to get back to normal. Picked up my Aussie Kefir, cottage cheese, spinach, arugula, chicken yesterday, so starting to get back to normal life soon---Like the day after Halloween. New month, no candy in front of me, etc.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 126.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
