Past 6+ weeks crazy but no more excuses. With the thyroid and PBC issues I now gain weight easily. It's my health. I must accept that I have to do my best all the time. Step 1: No matter how busy make time/effort to buy groceries/balanced meals. Minimize eating out since hard to find good options, portions too big, and extra temptations. Step 2: Exercise. Plus column I've continued to do regularly. Others do complain (time consuming) BUT I'm feeling fitter even with the weight gain. I can't imagine what I would have gained without. Later.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
