Eating was always my companion during stressful times. I still fight with it. Even though I've overeaten, I didn't turn to carbs. I quit putting butter in my coffee in the mornings so if I snack, it is on fat or nuts. Tried a couple new recipes to add some variety. I've done some food prep by weighing out my portions and then freezing them to one serving. Big help and I'm not tempted. Got my left shoulder injected because of the pain from bone spurs. The spur on my right foot seems to have resolved itself. No more limping and terrible pain in either. Also keeping myself busy keeps me out of the kitchen. Iikakimat!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
