Did not weigh in today. I started back on my Contrave and Linzess we'll see what tomorrow brings. Taking the grandchildren to Build a Bear then trick or treat in the mall. I'm not wprried, I haven't had a craving for candy in forever. I am however, bringing a meal bar just in case... wink wink. Have a healthy day everyone.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
