Keeping on track over past couple of days has see my weight slowly go down.
I do not want to repeat it going up again after my hard work.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
