Wow, I lost weight. I think diet is a huge factor in losing weight. I did spinning class today and worked up a sweat. Now it's time to study! Exams are next week~
Oh yeah, I said 5 lbs, because I regained my weight when I wasn't eating healthy. I was eating a lot of wheat thins and guacamole chips when I was studying for my block 1 exams. Didn't have time to update my weight but from there, I lost 5 lbs. Even though it seems like I only lost 2 lbs according to the last time I recorded my weight here. I want to make pass the 150 mark by the end of this month. Then minus another 10 lbs for the month of July, so I will be at 140 by the end of July, and by mid August, I will reach my ideal weight at 135 lbs! That is the goal. Anything less than that I will be underweight.
NOTE: Don't buy FiberOne yogurt. I ate 1 strawberry yogurt... my stomach started to ache.. and in about a few minutes, everything went down the toilet. Don't tell me that this is how eating fiber supposed to do to your GI.
