frustraded! walked 3 miles almost everyday and still gained!!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did you track all your food honestly this week? Did you eat the right amount of calories to help you lose weight? Sometimes you need to play around with them to find what will work. Did you drink water to stay hydrated and flush out sodium? Did you eat too many processed foods? They contain tons of sodium which can make some people retain water. Did you get enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Sometimes it's about what you eat and not only how much. Plus, protein and high fiber foods help us lose fat, keep us fuller longer and help us lose weight better than any other food groups. Did you just start changing your current exercise routine? Changing or starting new exercise routines can cause our bodies to temporarily retain water in the muscles. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight.
