ok.. this is not going anywhere. with my lifestyle and calorie intake limit I should be losing weight at a 0.5kg a week ( 1kg if you venture going to the 890 cal but that ain't happening)... if I still disrespect my limits and go extra 900 ca
ls then expect to GAIN that half a kilo instead..900 looks like A LOT but it doesn't take that much (little tuna and mayo sandwich and you are there) I need to round up that number to the lowest.. it's still the middle of the week, you got this!!
120.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes you got this, and remember some foods can stall you, be conscience of that also, and drink plenty of water and exercise.

yes!.. water is a friend : ), I think also after cleaning up our palette we will get to enjoy better the vegetables and the taste of food itself rather than the oil and disguising flavors we use to cover up like mayonnaise or salad dressings and all... Thank you very much for the support!! : )
