Started an open ended on Sunday. Made it 50 hours before I accidentally ate a fat bomb. So I decided to go ahead and eat a keto meal. Restart of the fast I am 13 hours into it. Just did a keto stick and it was dark purple. I am going to continue with the fast and see where this takes me.
221.1 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 53.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
