Hopefully putting on muscle. 6 days to lose 1lb for my goal is very doable. New Garmin Forerunner should help increase my daily activity. 136kg leg press 3x6 yesterday. well on track for 150kg leg press by Christmas.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
