I've had to be really careful with what I'm eating during the day. I've noticed that I eat quite a few carbs and sugars...most of which come from the fruit that I'm eating, and probably the cheese and are probably hidden in tonnes of other stuff that I eat. I have to find a way to increase my fibre without increasing my carbs.
Other than that, I've got to try and get seven hours of more of sleep a night. Problem there is, I don't get home from work til after 11pm. I ride my bike home...that takes about 20 minutes, give or take...and so I'm a little wound up. I need 45 minutes or more to wind down. Sometimes I fall right to sleep and stay there. Other nights, I'm constantly starting awake and slowly drifting back to sleep. And no matter when I go to bed, I always wake up between 6 and 7am.
