Didnt eat much yesterday as I was so busy so thats why I think Ive lost another 1 lb.
Quite confused as of lately, everyone seems to be on my back saying that Im not eating enough, I never feel hungry though or get that "oh I need to eat something or I'd really like this" not sure If my appeptite has just kind of disappeared or what is going on..Any advice or suggestions would be most welcome
