I'll be going to Phoenix to visit my youngest daughter for about 4 days. Everyone hang in there with this challenge - I know that I will! Finally, I lost a couple more pounds, but I'm going to ask my doc about reducing my blood pressure meds and see if that helps any. Seems like I should be seeing better results with all my efforts AND exercising.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
