Up one day down the the next, such is weight loss life for me. Today is an up day :-[ But I continue the battle, for the war must be won. I would just like to say that it's all very un-fair.
187.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
