Last night I was feeling very weak and shaky so I ate a dinner roll and a couple onion rings, felt better. But I am scared that the scale will show this cheat!

It might, but even so, there's no way we can expect to eat this way for the rest of lives if we think we can't have something we shouldn't now and then. Try not to fret about it and just continue on :) Personally, I don't "live by the scale". I can tell my clothes fit differently and I can see and feel my body shape changing. That's the most important thing to me :) Good luck to you!
