Went and listened to Michael Pollan last night at UC Berkeley. Great talk on the food system and why we are in such a state of obesity in America. Feeling good overall but I need to lift some heavy things this week to get back in the groove. The Yosemite vacation last week threw me off a little. I ate way more carbs than usual but due to the intensity of the experience they didn't stick around long enough to convert to fat! Onward and upward!
