Went back down but still not below what the scale reported the 27th which is discouraging.
177.1 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 52.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.9 lb a week

Look at your chart. Your doing great. Keep weight loss expectations realistic. We don't lose every day and some times it's a half a pound for the week. Sometimes we do everything right and gain and others we overeat and lose. Stick with it and stay consistent and you will do great.
