Well JudyRose I’m having difficulties with gaining. Goal is 170 about as determined by my wife lol. She said she can see my ribs and she’s right. I don’t have any appetite whatsoever but she is over weight by about 35-40 lbs. she doesn’t see any need to restrict what she eats. Thanks for your support
